Rupainzal Ashes is a name close to my heart. It comes from a blend of Urdu and English:
“Ru” means soul
“Pain” is suffering
“Zal” comes from Azal — meaning eternal
Together, Rupainzal reflects the eternal suffering of the soul — a restlessness that exists deep within us.
I believe that our soul is a part of Allah, sent to this world by Him. And it remains restless until it returns to its Creator.
“Ashes” represent rebirth — the idea that even from pain, destruction, and despair, we can rise again. Just as the phoenix is reborn from its ashes, we too can rebuild ourselves from within, transforming our suffering into strength and growth.
Rupainzal Ashes is born from real pain, real silence, and the deep need to be understood. It’s not just a name, it’s a journey. Here, every wound has a voice and every scar has meaning."
